How to use

Registration

To have access to all the features and benefits of ICE and its community, you must first register your details. Registration consists of 2 steps:

Create username and password - the system will check your chosen username and password with the database to ensure there are no conflicts.
Create personal profile - consisting of information about you. You can add a picture of yourself, and information about you. You should also identify which Centre you are based at.
Once you have registered your details, you will receive a confirmation email and you are now ready to start using the site.

You should keep your password safe, and if you would like to change it at any time, you can do so by going 'Account' on the top right corner. If you forget your password, you can request a password reminder when you are asked to log in.

Profiles

Once you have created a personal profile, you can also create a company profile (if one hasn't already been created) and then associate yourself with that company. You can associate yourself with more than one company, as long as you work for that company.

You can also add logos and pictures to your profiles, and create links to your website, or attach brochures or flyers.

We have made a series of tutorial videos to assist you when accessing the website. The clips will demonstrate how to use the site and the variety of features it encompasses. The aim of these tutorials is to help your company get the most out of the ICE website.
