
Wellingborough Innovation Centre
Wellingborough Innovation Centre opened in March 2003 and is the result of a partnership between Oxford Innovation, the Borough Council of Wellingborough and Tresham Institute of Further Education, and is funded by the East Midlands Development Agency.
With over 6,000 sq ft of office space and office sizes ranging from 143 sq ft up to 1,000 sq ft, Wellingborough Innovation Centre can provide a home to up to 24 start-up and growing companies. The centre is located a short walk from Wellingborough town centre and has on site parking facilities, with conference and meeting rooms facilities for up to 45 delegates.
Staff at Wellingborough Innovation Centre can also provide guidance on everyday essentials of running a successful business from getting started through to re-financing for growth and managing people.
Wellingborough offers excellent road links to the rest of the Country and is able to service the majority of population centres in the UK and return within a working day. The Borough has excellent rail links and is served by the Midland Mainline which connects Sheffield through the East Midlands to St Pancras, London which is set to become the hub for high speed rail links to the Continent.
