Meeting Rooms at Cherwell Innovation Centre

Hire of the conference and meeting room facilities at Cherwell Innovation Centre includes the use of the following:

• Wireless Internet
• Television
• Flip Chart
• Whiteboard

Use of the data projector is charged at £40.
Tea, coffee and biscuits are charged at £1.20 per head per serving
Lunch is available on request and at an additional cost.

Conference Room

The conference room is used primarily for larger groups and as a training room for internal and external groups.   The room is on the first floor and is well equipped with TV/VCR/DVD, screen, flipchart, extension cables as well as pencils, pads and tent cards.

Capacity: 16 people, boardroom layout (other layouts are available)
